Tim Power has been practicing law in the Kingwood/Humble area since 1982 when he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Houston. Mr. Power is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Texas. In 1997 he established The Power Law Firm, P.C., in Humble, Texas as a full service law firm providing services in all areas of law, including referrals to sources for specialized areas of practice.
Mr. Power is a third generation Houstonian and moved to Kingwood, Texas in 1975 with his family from Australia where his father had been a missionary. Mr. Power graduated from Harding College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979.

Mr. Power has an active litigation practice and is experienced in jury trials representing both plaintiffs and defendants in suits involving commercial disputes, criminal matters, and automobile accidents in which he has obtained settlements in excess of one million dollars. He is also experienced in trials of family law matters such as divorce, custody, child support, and visitation.
